Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Ceefaar Ayurveda and Rehabilitation. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service for a holistic and personalized health experience. Please read our booking policy carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with us. 1. Booking Procedure Appointments can be made online through our website, by phone, or in person at our center. Please ensure that you provide accurate personal details and contact information when booking, as this will help us in offering the best service possible. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for peak hours or specialized treatments 2. Booking Confirmation After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS containing the appointment details. 3. Payment Terms A booking deposit may be required for specific treatments, which will be applied toward the final cost of the service. All payments can be made online, in person at our center, or via accepted digital payment methods. The full payment for services is required beforre the treatment session. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling We kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For no-shows or same-day cancellations, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the treatment fee. 5. Late Arrivals Arriving on time ensures you receive the full benefits of your treatment. If you arrive late, the treatment time may be shortened accordingly to accommodate other scheduled appointments, and the full treatment fee will apply. 6. Special Requests and Requirements For any special requirements (e.g., medical conditions, personal preferences), please inform us at the time of booking. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your treatment, inform our Ayurveda Doctor prior to the appointment. 7. Emergency Situations In case of unexpected closures or emergency situations, Ceefaar Ayurveda and Rehabilitation reserves the right to reschedule appointments.
